Alternative Fee Arrangements: Which Ones Work and When (Intermediate) - On Demand

Recorded On: 09/21/2015

Time: 75 minutes

Pricing legal services is becoming more and more challenging. Clients are actively looking to control legal costs through discounts, treating estimates as capped fees, and alternative fee arrangements. Given the excess capacity in the legal market, many firms are agreeing to client demands and actively competing on price. This creates challenges for law firms as pricing has the biggest impact on profitability. Join our panel of former in-house and outside counsel as they discuss pricing options, how to arrive at the right alternative fee arrangement, and legal project management – which more and more general counsels want and expect.
