In support of AHLA's Public Interest initiatives and in anticipation of National Healthcare Decisions Day (NHDD) (www.nhdd.org, beginning April 16), please join us for an interactive, interdisciplinary discussion of the importance and benefits of advance care planning. The interdisciplinary panel will address why advance care planning is so important, how to do it and how to properly document it so that your physicians and family can honor your wishes.

The panel will share stories of both successes and failures with advance care planning and will offer advice regarding personal, professional, and community engagement.
